Employee Education

This one-hour Employee Education provides information about the impact of substance use on one's life: physical, emotional, intellectual, and safety issues at work. A review of a company's Drug-Free policy and procedures and the availability of local resources are also covered.

Supervisor Training

This one-hour Supervisor Training provides managers with the tools to recognize if an employee has violated their company's prohibition against substances in the workplace. The vital steps of observation, documentation, intervention, and determination of the need for drug and alcohol testing are covered.

Policy & Procedure Development

Both the creation of as well as an ongoing yearly review of a company's Drug-Free policy and procedures are provided. Best practices relating to the company and today's successful business standards are addressed within policy development.
